About the role
A leading Saudi medical group is expanding its Egypt office and seeks a General Practitioner to provide remote patient support for individuals in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on clear communication of laboratory and diagnostic results, answering medical inquiries, and ensuring proper follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and manage inbound calls from patients located in Saudi Arabia.
- Explain laboratory and diagnostic test results in a clear, professional manner.
- Provide medical guidance within the scope of practice and answer patient questions.
- Coordinate follow‑up actions when needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all patient communications.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MBBS or MBChB).
- Valid medical license.
- Strong communication and patient counseling abilities.
- Capacity to explain medical information clearly and empathetically.
