German-speaking Recruiter

About the role

Korn Ferry is seeking a German‑speaking Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for a range of positions. You will act as a trusted advisor, designing and executing hiring strategies while ensuring a premium candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define attraction strategies.
• Design and execute recruitment plans, including sourcing, screening, assessment and short‑listing.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle using direct sourcing methods and all available resources.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, providing guidance and best‑practice recommendations.
• Champion effective candidate management to deliver a premium Korn Ferry and client experience.
• Mentor and support junior team members in developing their recruitment skills.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment (in‑house, agency or RPO).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver consultative recruitment services to senior leadership and business partners.
• Track record of creating innovative hiring strategies that meet business needs.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
