Graphic Designer – Europe Cluster

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer to join EVA Pharma’s Europe Cluster. In this role you will help communicate our mission of improving health and well‑being by creating compelling visual assets for both internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital and print materials such as social media posts, brochures, presentations and advertisements.
• Create packaging artwork that complies with brand guidelines, customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare print‑ready files, conduct quality checks and support production processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications and Commercial teams to translate business needs into visual concepts.
• Maintain organized artwork libraries, databases and documentation.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and internal communication initiatives.
• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring high accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Applied Arts or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of professional experience, or a fresh graduate with a strong portfolio.
• Good command of English.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Basic understanding of layout, colour theory and printing processes.
