Graphic Designer – HR Communications

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to support the Human Resources function by producing visual content that enhances employee engagement, employer branding, and internal communications. You will work closely with HR teams to translate strategic messages into compelling designs across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual materials for HR communications, including announcements, newsletters, emailers, posters, banners, and digital campaigns.
• Create assets for employee engagement initiatives such as celebrations, recognition programs, wellness, CSR, diversity, and culture events.
• Develop recruitment advertisements and employer branding content for LinkedIn, career fairs, and other talent attraction platforms.
• Produce multimedia content for HR social media and internal channels, including motion graphics, short videos, and animated assets.
• Ensure all designs adhere to corporate identity guidelines and maintain consistency across HR touchpoints.
• Stay current with design trends and recommend innovative visual approaches to improve communication effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic or visual design.
• Demonstrated experience supporting HR, internal communications, or employer branding initiatives.
