About the role
We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to support our marketing and recruitment initiatives within a fast‑paced BPO environment. You will craft visual content that strengthens our brand presence and helps attract top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Design social media posts, advertisements, and campaign visuals.
- Edit videos for marketing, recruitment, and internal communications.
- Create motion graphics and simple animations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design assets.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Marketing teams on campaign concepts.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and/or video editing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving BPO setting.
- Strong sense of design, colour theory, and typography.
Required skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
