Graphic Designer (Real Estate Background)

About the role

Capital Elite Group is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer with a proven background in real‑estate marketing. You will own the visual output for property launches, sales collateral, digital campaigns, and corporate presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing materials for property launches, including brochures, flyers, billboards and sales kits.
• Create social‑media creatives for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn (static posts, stories, ad banners).
• Produce floor‑plan layouts, site maps and visual presentations for sales decks and investor materials.
• Develop corporate presentations, internal reports and other branded documents.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver campaign assets on time.
• Maintain and evolve brand‑identity guidelines and manage the digital asset library.
• Coordinate with external vendors such as printers, photographers and videographers when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of graphic‑design experience on real‑estate projects, with a portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong layout, typography and colour‑theory skills.
• Experience preparing print‑ready files (CMYK, bleed, die‑cuts).
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while ensuring brand consistency.
• Familiarity with real‑estate sales cycles and developer marketing.
• Motion‑graphics or video‑editing experience (After Effects, Premiere) – preferred.
• Basic 3D visualisation or rendering skills – preferred.
