Growth Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Growth Analyst to accelerate the growth of Halan’s super‑app across credit, savings, e‑commerce and user engagement. You will turn customer data into actionable insights that improve acquisition, retention and cross‑sell, directly influencing key metrics such as LTV, ARPU and CAC.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, retention, funnel conversion) to maximize lifetime value and business sustainability.
• Interpret large data sets, produce clear reports and partner with analytics, data‑science and product teams to design customer‑lifetime optimization strategies.
• Design and run growth experiments (A/B tests, segmentation, cohort analyses) to validate hypotheses and uncover new acquisition, activation and retention opportunities.
• Build automated growth dashboards that surface insights on funnel performance and campaign impact.
• Develop and launch customer‑growth initiatives such as campaigns, offers, loyalty programmes, gamification and automated journeys.
• Apply advanced segmentation to personalize experiences and improve portfolio performance across cards and financial services.
• Collaborate with data, product, marketing and leadership to identify business needs and shape growth road‑maps.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within a B2C environment.
• Familiarity with financial‑services or digital‑commerce KPIs.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize opportunities based on business impact.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
