Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join Gameball’s marketing team. You will own content distribution and lead‑lifecycle management, ensuring the right messages reach the right audience at the right time while measuring impact.

Key responsibilities

• Collect marketing assets, organize them into a structured content calendar and publish across Blog, LinkedIn, X, Instagram and other channels.
• Build and optimise email sequences, lead scoring, segmentation and lifecycle workflows that move prospects toward sales‑qualified opportunities.
• Create and maintain dashboards tracking content performance, channel attribution, conversion rates, pipeline contribution and campaign ROI.
• Set up landing pages, webinars, lead‑magnet forms, A/B tests and UTM tracking; manage campaigns from brief to live and analyse post‑launch results.
• Coordinate with the GTM engineering agency to ensure clean data flows between their systems and the sales team.
• Monitor website conversion performance on forms, landing pages and demo‑booking flows, recommending data‑driven optimisations.
• Support product and growth marketing initiatives, connecting cross‑functional efforts.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, CRM, demand generation or marketing operations.
• Strong interest in B2B SaaS growth, content distribution, analytics and marketing automation.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to gather inputs from multiple stakeholders and maintain a running calendar.
• Comfortable working in HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making.
