About the role
The Guest Experience Expert creates memorable, personalized stays for guests at Le Méridien Cairo Airport. You will be the friendly face that guides visitors through every step of their journey, ensuring smooth check‑in, attentive service, and a lasting impression of the brand.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services, from check‑in/out to local area recommendations.
- Process operational tasks, complete reports, and handle guest requests promptly.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in accordance with company policies.
- Move throughout the property, lifting and carrying items up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Uphold professional appearance, uniform standards, and clear communication at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
