About the role
The Guest Relations Agent is a key member of the Guest Experience team at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Cairo. You will create memorable, personalized experiences for guests throughout their stay, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and exceptional.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services, guiding guests from check‑in to check‑out.
- Process operational needs, respond to guest requests promptly, and complete required reports.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe, professional work environment while adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
