About the role
We are seeking an experienced Gym Sales Branch Manager to lead one of our fast‑growing ladies‑only gym locations in Cairo. You will be responsible for driving membership sales, renewals and upselling while ensuring the branch runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Drive membership sales, renewals and upselling to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage, coach and develop the sales team, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance.
- Lead the fitness team to achieve personal training revenue goals.
- Oversee daily branch operations, front‑desk activities, hygiene standards and overall service quality.
- Handle customer concerns, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor budgets, control costs and achieve profitability targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service and sales.
- 2–3 years of experience managing a sales team.
- Proven commercial mindset with a track record of revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
