Head of Brand & Commercial Strategy

About the role

Jo Nuts Foods is looking for a senior leader to build and steer its brand and commercial strategy. You will shape long‑term brand direction, define category positioning, and align marketing initiatives with the company’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy long‑term brand and portfolio strategies.
• Define category positioning, growth platforms and market opportunities.
• Translate business priorities into integrated commercial marketing plans.
• Establish brand architecture, identity, and communication frameworks.
• Lead product positioning, packaging strategy and ensure brand governance.
• Generate consumer, customer and competitive insights and turn them into actionable recommendations.
• Guide innovation pipelines, new‑product development and commercialization.
• Align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives, pricing, promotion and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Build and lead the marketing function, define operating models, KPIs and manage agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG or food manufacturing, with proven brand or marketing leadership.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability.
• Experience working cross‑functionally in complex environments.
• Strategic thinking, stakeholder influence and results orientation.
