Head of Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Finance to lead all financial operations for Bless, an Egyptian personal‑care brand expanding globally. Based on‑site at the Sheraton, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cash‑flow management while supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the finance team and ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
• Prepare, review and analyse financial statements, balance sheets and periodic reports.
• Monitor performance against budgets, provide data‑driven insights and support pricing and profitability analysis across product lines.
• Partner with senior leadership on investment evaluation, cost optimisation and growth projects.
• Maintain accurate financial records, internal controls and cash‑flow forecasts.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in finance with proven experience leading financial operations and strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) are a plus.
• Hands‑on experience in budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management for a growing organisation.
• Experience in FMCG, cosmetics or consumer‑goods sectors, especially in emerging markets.
• Ability to lead and develop a finance team and communicate clearly with non‑financial stakeholders.
