Head of Marketing & Communications

About the role

The Head of Marketing & Communications will lead Elsooltaan Group’s marketing, branding, communications and growth functions across all business units. Reporting directly to the Founder and senior leadership, you will shape the Group’s market presence, drive customer acquisition and ensure consistent internal and external communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives of each business unit.
• Lead brand strategy, positioning, visual identity and oversee brand launches or re‑branding initiatives.
• Direct digital marketing activities including social media, content, email, SEO, website performance and marketing automation, leveraging AI‑powered tools.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms, handling media buying and budget allocation.
• Design and implement public relations programmes, build media relationships and manage corporate communications and executive messaging.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading marketing and communications functions for diversified businesses.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of driving lead generation, market expansion and revenue growth.
• Ability to work closely with C‑level executives and translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
