Head of Supply Chain META Cluster

About the role

Sandoz is seeking a senior leader to head the META Cluster supply chain. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end supply and distribution, balancing customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, cash flow and flexibility across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely supply and distribution while meeting service level targets.
• Drive customer‑centric service in partnership with commercial teams.
• Maintain compliance with legal, safety and sustainability standards.
• Optimize inventory, reduce slow‑moving stock and manage cash‑flow targets.
• Lead integrated S&OP processes and translate forecasts into commercial‑financial supply plans.
• Own the cluster supply‑chain vision, roadmap and digitalisation initiatives.
• Coach and develop a high‑performance supply‑chain team following the “Sandoz Way”.

Required profile

• University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 12+ years of supply‑chain, customer‑service and logistics experience, preferably in Egypt, Middle East, Africa or Turkey.
• Proven leadership experience in a regional or multi‑country setting.
• Strong competencies in collaboration, strategic thinking, complexity management and talent development.
