About the role

Vodafone India is looking for a Home Connectivity Senior Specialist to lead the adoption and growth of fixed broadband solutions across Egypt. The role focuses on promoting Vodafone’s portfolio of FTTH, DSL, leased lines and enterprise connectivity to households, SMEs and large enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Identify underserved regions with high potential for fixed‑line broadband.
• Design and launch regional initiatives to boost household and SME broadband penetration.
• Localise product propositions for residential and corporate customers.
• Provide product knowledge and campaign support to retail and B2B sales teams.
• Work with Network SMEs to prioritise rollout and expansion projects.
• Supply market intelligence to guide infrastructure investment decisions.
• Monitor activation, churn and complaint metrics for fixed services.
• Collaborate with CVM SMEs to create retention and upsell offers.
• Partner with Marcom SMEs on region‑specific internet campaigns.
• Coordinate with Enterprise SMEs to deliver corporate connectivity solutions.
• Analyse usage trends with Insights SMEs to refine propositions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in fixed‑line internet, broadband or telecom commercial roles.
• Strong commercial acumen and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to bridge technical and commercial teams.
