HORECA Key Account Manager

About the role

The HORECA Key Account Manager will be based on‑site in Giza and will own the Foodica portfolio within hotels, restaurants and cafés. Reporting to the sales leadership team, you will be responsible for growing existing accounts and acquiring new business across the HORECA channel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed account plans for each key HORECA client.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits, negotiate contracts, and manage pricing and promotional agreements.
• Track sales performance, prepare forecasts and reports, and share market insights with internal teams.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and logistics to ensure product availability, timely deliveries and activation of brand initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management within FMCG or food‑service distribution, preferably in the HORECA sector.
• Strong analytical ability to work with sales data, forecasting and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of building long‑term client relationships.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage time effectively and travel within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
