Hospitality Coordinator

About the role

Belong is launching a new product called Plans, offering curated group experiences such as drinks, dinners, coffee meet‑ups, brunches and padel sessions. As a Hospitality Coordinator you will build and manage the venue network that powers Plans across multiple cities and countries, ensuring a reliable and scalable supply of partner locations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and onboard venues suitable for a variety of social experiences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with venue owners, managers and hospitality groups.
• Negotiate booking arrangements, group rates and partnership terms.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date venue database across all launch markets.
• Assess venues on accessibility, capacity, pricing, atmosphere, safety and overall customer experience.
• Coordinate venue availability and operational requirements for each event.
• Support launch planning for new cities and markets.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for venue onboarding and management.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Operations and Community teams to ensure smooth execution of Plans.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in operations, partnerships, events, hospitality or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable reaching out to businesses and establishing partnerships.
• Experience with restaurants, hotels, lounges, activity providers or similar venues is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple markets and projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
