About the role
Belong is launching a new product called Plans, offering curated group experiences such as drinks, dinners, coffee meet‑ups, brunches and padel sessions. As a Hospitality Coordinator you will build and manage the venue network that powers Plans across multiple cities and countries, ensuring a reliable and scalable supply of partner locations.
Key responsibilities
- Source, evaluate and onboard venues suitable for a variety of social experiences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with venue owners, managers and hospitality groups.
- Negotiate booking arrangements, group rates and partnership terms.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date venue database across all launch markets.
- Assess venues on accessibility, capacity, pricing, atmosphere, safety and overall customer experience.
- Coordinate venue availability and operational requirements for each event.
- Support launch planning for new cities and markets.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures for venue onboarding and management.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations and Community teams to ensure smooth execution of Plans.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in operations, partnerships, events, hospitality or business development.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable reaching out to businesses and establishing partnerships.
- Experience with restaurants, hotels, lounges, activity providers or similar venues is a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple markets and projects simultaneously.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
