Hostess – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests in the hotel’s restaurants, responsible for creating memorable dining experiences. This position focuses on delivering exceptional service and ensuring the dining environment meets Four Seasons’ luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Manage the host stand, review the reservation book, and recommend optimal table setups.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of each dining section, checking tables before opening.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of menus, ingredients, and restaurant information.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a Food & Beverage outlet; luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage computer systems.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
