Hostess - Restaurant and Bar Service

About the role

Rixos Premium Seagate, a luxury resort in Sharm El-Sheikh with an all-inclusive concept, restaurants, bars, entertainment and wellness facilities, is looking for a hostess. The position is based in the bars or restaurant outlets and involves welcoming guests and delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests at any outlet and escort them to their tables by the standard procedure.
• Inform customers about order alternatives and encourage the sale of targeted services.
• Deliver maximum service in each unit while following service rules.
• Look after customers' personal belongings left at the workstation and hand them over to supervisors.
• Follow the instructions and procedures of the Food and Beverage Department and the operational standards set by the Food and Beverage Manager.
• Plan working hours as decided by the Food and Beverage Manager and follow the weekly schedule.
• Attend orientation training and undergo two performance assessments each year.
• Aim for 100% customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• At least a high school or vocational diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in the industry.
• English is required.
• Basic knowledge of the products and services in the related field.
