About the role
As a Guest Environment Expert you will ensure every area of the hotel – from guest rooms to public spaces – is spotless, inviting and safe. You will play a key part in delivering the memorable, luxury experience that St. Regis is known for.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, including rooms, corridors, lobbies and service areas.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, restock housekeeping carts, and replenish supplies.
- Clean guest rooms and public spaces according to brand standards and SOPs.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Follow all safety, security, confidentiality and quality‑control policies.
- Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance and communication at all times.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift and move items up to 50 lb.
- Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
- Professional demeanor, confidentiality and strong communication skills.
