Housekeeping Attendant – Hotel Guest Services

About the role

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Accor, you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to maintain the high standards expected by our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Accor standards, including dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Maintain lobby and corridor cleanliness, vacuuming floors and dusting surfaces twice daily.
• Organise floor trolleys, procure missing materials, and ensure all housekeeping supplies are in good condition.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for extra bedding, towels, pillows, and other items.
• Collect used dishes, glasses, and utensils from rooms and place them in designated areas.
• Complete room status, textile, and amenities reports accurately.
• Report maintenance issues, discrepancies, and lost‑and‑found items to the Housekeeping Office immediately.
• Participate in vocational training, follow hotel security rules, and act as a member of the Emergency Response Team.
