Housekeeping Site Manager

About the role

The Housekeeping Site Manager will lead the daily housekeeping operations at our Matruh site, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and guest satisfaction. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior facility management and works closely with other service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, assign and monitor housekeeping tasks for the site staff.
• Supervise staff performance, coordinate schedules and support hiring and onboarding.
• Manage laundry services and ensure guest and client areas are consistently clean.
• Enforce health, safety and quality procedures across all housekeeping activities.
• Address customer service issues promptly and collaborate with other facility‑management teams to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping, facilities or hospitality environments.
• Practical knowledge of housekeeping operations and laundry service management.
• Strong customer‑service and communication abilities to handle client requests and internal coordination.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding and basic people‑management processes.
• Familiarity with health‑and‑safety standards and cleaning equipment.
• Ability to use scheduling or workforce‑management tools.
