About the role

Signify is looking for an HR Advisor to act as a trusted partner for line managers, providing guidance on HR processes, policies, and people‑management issues. The role combines advisory responsibilities with hands‑on payroll and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialized advice to managers on HR policies, complex people‑management situations, off‑boarding, and legal boundaries.
• Support managers with illness, absence, terminations, disciplinary actions and related documentation.
• Coordinate full payroll cycles with internal teams or external vendors, guaranteeing timely and accurate processing.
• Maintain employee records, file documentation, and generate HR reports and analytics.
• Act as an escalation point for complex employee matters and drive continuous improvement of HR processes and portal content.
• Suggest policy enhancements to HR Business Partners based on day‑to‑day experience.
