HR Business Partner (Personnel & Talent Acquisition)

About the role

TMG Online is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to manage the full employee lifecycle, covering personnel administration, talent acquisition, and HR operations. The role ensures compliance with Egyptian labor regulations while supporting managers and employees across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee payroll calculations, attendance, overtime, leaves, deductions and allowances.
• Manage all personnel activities including hiring, contracts, confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle Social Insurance, Labor Office and other governmental procedures.
• Prepare HR letters, employment certificates and official documentation.
• Update HRIS and employee databases, generate reports, dashboards and recruitment metrics.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, HR projects and provide day‑to‑day HR guidance to managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in personnel, recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance and governmental procedures.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
