HR Generalist – Insurance Brokerage (Heliopolis, Cairo)

About the role

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our growing insurance brokerage team in Heliopolis, Cairo. You will play a key role in managing day‑to‑day personnel operations and ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personnel operations, including contracts, social insurance, labor‑law compliance, and employee records.
• Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding processes for new and departing staff.
• Ensure adherence to Egyptian Labor Law and internal HR policies.
• Support performance‑management cycles and appraisal processes.
• Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and coordinate training programs.
• Support employee‑engagement and organizational‑development initiatives.
• Handle HR reporting and maintain accurate HR data and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of overall HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance regulations.
• Experience in performance management and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
