HR Generalist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations for our growing team in New Cairo. You will act as a key partner to managers, ensuring HR processes are efficient, compliant and supportive of a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer coordination.
• Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining an active candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation and integration activities.
• Administer periodic performance evaluations, appraisal cycles and support managers in setting objectives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR processes using Odoo.
• Process routine attendance, leave, payroll inputs and employee documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Address employee concerns and promote a productive work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience with strong hands‑on recruitment expertise.
• At least 1 year of experience in a B2B digital services, software or technology consulting environment.
• Proven experience managing performance evaluations and appraisal cycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a flat organization and manage multiple vacancies.
