About the role
Branding Kitchen is looking for an HR Generalist to support its growing advertising team in Egypt. This full‑time, on‑site position will handle day‑to‑day human resources operations and ensure smooth HR processes.
Key responsibilities
- Administer HR policies and maintain personnel records.
- Oversee employee benefits and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
- Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
- Support performance management processes and coordinate performance reviews.
- Prepare HR reports, update documentation, and maintain HR data integrity.
- Coordinate with external partners such as benefits providers and legal advisors.
Required profile
- Solid knowledge of core Human Resources functions and operations.
- Proficiency in the recruiting process and talent acquisition.
- Experience managing all HR responsibilities within a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to design and implement HR systems and structures.
- Prior experience in the advertising or creative industry is preferred.
