HR Generalist – SAP User

About the role
We are looking for an HR Generalist with solid experience in SAP SuccessFactors to support our HR operations. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes, from recruitment to performance management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in executing HR procedures and policies.
- Support the administration of benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
- Help coordinate recruitment and new‑hire onboarding across departments.
- Handle various administrative HR tasks as requested.
- Analyze performance data, identify training needs, and help prepare the annual training plan.
- Follow up on training implementation and monitor progress.
- Ensure compliance with labor‑law regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in using SAP SuccessFactors for HR‑related tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Excellent language skills.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving capabilities.
