HR Manager

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all human‑resources functions, ensuring policies, talent acquisition, compensation, performance, and employee relations align with business objectives and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and practices that support company goals and comply with labor law.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment, workforce planning and onboarding for all levels.
• Design, manage and monitor competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Create and oversee performance appraisal systems and employee development initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and promote a positive work environment.
• Oversee HR administration including attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, personnel files and HR system management.
• Identify training needs and develop appropriate training programs.
• Develop employee‑engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Support organizational structure design, job descriptions and role clarity.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies through regular audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; HR certification is mandatory.
• 8‑10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3‑5 years in a leadership role within construction or a related industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices and industry‑specific regulations.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations.
