HR Manager – Travel & Tourism (El Sheikh Zayed)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the full HR function for a leading travel and tourism company in Egypt. Based in El Sheikh Zayed City, the role will oversee recruitment, payroll, employee relations and compliance with Egyptian labour law.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, payroll coordination and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Egyptian Labour Law.
• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, leave management and payroll inputs.
• Ensure compliance with Social Insurance and labour authority regulations.
• Support managers with performance management, disciplinary actions and employee‑related matters.
• Prepare HR reports on headcount, turnover, recruitment status and compliance updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Minimum 3 years recent experience in the tourism, travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labour Law, payroll and Social Insurance.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHRi, CIPD) preferred.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Residence in or near El Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October or Giza.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
