HR Manager (Travel & Tourism Experience)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the full Human Resources function for a leading travel and tourism company in El Sheikh Zayed City, Giza. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, personnel administration and ensuring compliance with Egyptian labour legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs and employee relations.
• Develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Egyptian Labour Law.
• Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of candidates.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, leave management and payroll data.
• Ensure compliance with Social Insurance and other labour authority regulations.
• Support managers with performance management, disciplinary actions and other employee‑related matters.
• Prepare regular HR reports on headcount, turnover, recruitment status and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or senior HR role.
• Minimum 3 years recent experience in the tourism, travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labour Law, payroll and Social Insurance.
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHRi, CIPD) are a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Residence in or near El Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October or Giza preferred.
