HR Operations Specialist

About the role

Raya Smart Buildings is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to ensure smooth payroll, benefits, and employee administration processes. You will act as a key point of contact for HR inquiries while maintaining compliance with Egyptian labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately, including deductions, overtime, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HRIS data with confidentiality.
• Manage relationships with social insurance, labor bureau, and other governmental entities.
• Oversee medical insurance enrollment, claims handling, and liaison with providers.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding activities, including documentation and final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, prepare audit reports, and support internal HR audits.
• Provide employee support on policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Generate periodic HR reports (headcount, turnover, payroll summaries) for management.
• Assist HR projects such as engagement programs, policy updates, and system implementations.
• Manage vendor relationships with insurance providers and payroll service partners.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in HR operations or payroll administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and employee‑centric attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Advanced MS Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of Egyptian labor law and compliance requirements.
