About the role
The HR Operations Supervisor will manage interactions with government authorities, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with employment and tax regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle tasks related to Labor Office and Social Insurance Authorities, building strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and benefits enrollment.
- Monitor changes in employment and tax laws affecting HR operations.
- Oversee monthly attendance reports and support payroll preparation.
- Verify correctness and completeness of personnel and legal documents.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in payroll and personnel, especially with social insurance offices.
- Strong command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
Required skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
