HR Personnel Team Leader – Alexandria Factory

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Personnel Team Leader to oversee all human resources functions at our factory in Borg El Arab, Alexandria. The role involves managing employee records, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, coordinating payroll, and handling off‑boarding processes for both office and floor staff.

Key responsibilities

• Personnel Records Oversight: Manage Form 1, Form 6, birth certificates, qualifications, and military service status.
• Labor Office Relations: Serve as primary contact with local labor offices, social insurance and medical insurance authorities to maintain full regulatory compliance.
• Contract Administration: Direct drafting, renewal, and termination of employment contracts in strict accordance with Egyptian labor law.
• Attendance Management: Supervise daily shift tracking, fingerprint logs, leave approvals, and absenteeism monitoring.
• Payroll Preparation: Validate overtime, late deductions, unpaid leaves, penalties and statutory deductions before forwarding to finance.
• Exit Processing: Manage off‑boarding workflow, calculate final settlements, cancel social insurance (Form 6) and obtain clearance.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience in corporate or industrial environments.
• Proven ability to manage personnel records, government relations, contract administration, attendance and payroll processes.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and medical insurance regulations.
• Experience leading a team and handling confidential employee information.
