HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations

About the role

The HR Specialist will manage end‑to‑end human resources operations, driving talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR reporting. Working closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams, the role ensures HR activities align with project objectives and organizational strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle: source, interview, and select qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and job specifications.
• Generate and analyse HR reports, providing insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote engagement initiatives.
• Manage relationships with outsourcing firms to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Oversee HR‑related projects, ensuring timely execution and policy adherence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; HR diploma or MBA is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
