HR Specialist – Working Student

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic working student/HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This position offers students the chance to gain hands‑on experience in HR operations, learning and development, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Support recruitment processes, including posting job ads and screening candidates.
• Contribute to learning and development initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as maintaining records and preparing reports.
• Participate in mentorship sessions and gain exposure to various HR functions.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Motivated, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
