HSE / Safety Manager – Full Time, On-site in Giza

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HSE / Safety Manager to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives at our manufacturing facility in Sheikh Zayed, Giza. The role involves developing policies, conducting audits and ensuring a safe workplace for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies and strategies aligned with regulatory standards.
• Inspect work areas, identify violations and enforce corrective actions immediately.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to prevent accidents.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and report on objectives.
• Lead safety training programs and communicate health‑and‑safety regulations to staff.
• Prepare safety issue reports, investigate incidents and ensure root‑cause corrective measures.
• Organise emergency drills and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Analyse accidents, injuries and occupational diseases and recommend preventive actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Agriculture.
• 5–7 years of experience in a managerial HSE role, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong command of English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA and knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 are a plus.
