Human Resources Business Consultant (Remote – Cairo)

About the role

Butterfly Consultancy is seeking a Human Resources Business Consultant to work remotely from Cairo. You will partner with client leadership teams to assess HR needs, design tailored strategies, and implement policies that drive organizational transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Advise client leaders on HR best practices and develop customized HR policies.
• Conduct workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design assessments.
• Manage employee‑relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that build leadership and HR capabilities.
• Prepare analytical reports, recommendations, and change‑management plans.
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to ensure solutions are compliant and aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in core HR functions, workforce planning, and talent management, preferably within the real‑estate sector.
• Experience in employee‑relations management and conflict resolution.
• Background in management consulting with proven ability to analyze client needs and drive implementation.
• Experience designing and facilitating training programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and presentation skills.
