Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will support people initiatives and drive HR interventions that improve workforce efficiency, employee engagement, and operational excellence. This role provides end‑to‑end HR support and aligns HR strategies with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned departments, collaborating with line managers to define workforce needs and ensure timely staffing.
• Support succession planning for critical technical roles.
• Drive the performance management cycle and facilitate talent identification and development planning for key employees.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, applying consistent HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company regulations.
• Manage onboarding, orientation of new joiners and oversee off‑boarding activities, including exit interviews and reporting.
• Support and implement employee engagement activities tailored to the supported functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a corporate environment.
• Strong communication, analytical, and coaching abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HR information systems, preferably Workday.
