Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to operational teams, providing day‑to‑day HR guidance and supporting employee engagement initiatives. This role bridges the gap between HR strategy and business execution, helping to improve morale, productivity, and retention across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily HR guidance to line managers and support departments.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances.
• Analyze employee engagement data and propose activities to address attendance and attrition.
• Coordinate company‑wide events, recognition programs, and communication of HR initiatives.
• Partner with HR analytics to develop solutions, programs, and policies based on trends.
• Support junior HR Business Partners and deliver performance guidance.
• Interpret HR policies, address work‑life fit requests, and facilitate counseling.
• Conduct policy review sessions and disseminate updates to executives and department heads.
• Lead weekly meetings with partner units and provide performance management coaching.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or related field (preferred).
• Experience in strategic HR business partnering.
• Strong conceptual, presentation, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
