Human Resources Generalist

About the role

This position bridges legal and HR functions, offering a dynamic environment where you will continuously expand your knowledge of UK employment law and HR regulations while supporting various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring compliance with high‑level HR rules and regulations.
• Respond to internal and external HR inquiries, provide assistance, and liaise with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Schedule meetings, interviews and HR events, manage the team’s agenda, and support senior leadership with administrative tasks in English.
• Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring all documentation complies with HR and health‑safety regulations.
• Supervise the HR review process, manage health‑and‑safety documents, and handle related cases in coordination with legal.

Required profile

• Previous relevant experience in HR or demonstrable related experience.
• Native‑level command of English and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities with meticulous file and document management.
• Willingness to self‑educate on emerging legal and HR topics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using HR database or management software.
• Familiarity with social media recruiting tools.
