Human Resources Operations Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the full spectrum of personnel activities, ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor regulations and internal policies. This role supports the HR team by maintaining accurate employee records, handling insurance procedures, and facilitating smooth onboarding and off‑boarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle hiring documentation, contracts, onboarding, and off‑boarding.
• Prepare and maintain employee files in line with labor law and company policies.
• Manage social and medical insurance, as well as other government‑related transactions.
• Track attendance, leaves, vacations, and disciplinary actions.
• Draft HR letters, warnings, confirmations, and official correspondence.
• Provide accurate personnel data to support payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and internal regulations.
• Respond to employee inquiries on personnel matters.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, Payroll, and Learning & Development functions.
• Maintain HR systems and databases with up‑to‑date employee information.
• Participate in audits and supply required HR documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Personnel or HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and confidentiality skills.
• High attention to detail and strong communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
