Human Resources Operations Specialist

About the role

Enpal is looking for a proactive Human Resources Operations Specialist to join its People Operations team in Egypt. The role focuses on day‑to‑day HR administration, ensuring a smooth employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding, off‑boarding and employee documentation processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality.
• Prepare HR letters, contracts and other administrative documents.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on HR requests and processes.
• Assist with attendance, leave management and HR reporting.
• Provide data for payroll preparation by keeping employee information up‑to‑date.
• Respond to employee inquiries and deliver administrative support across People Operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Administration or People Operations.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Conversational English for effective communication in an international environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (preferred).
