Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Human Resources Specialist to support and enhance our HR operations. The successful candidate will act as an HR Generalist, handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.
• Coordinate new‑hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and follow‑up actions.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide support to employees and managers.
• Monitor attendance, leave balances, and disciplinary actions.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation.
• Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
• Contribute to employee engagement, employer branding, and training programs.
• Provide relevant employee data for payroll preparation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of personnel administration, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Familiarity with labor laws and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency).
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) or similar HR software.
