Human Resources Specialist

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in 6th of October and supports the complete employee lifecycle. The Human Resources Specialist will work closely with hiring managers and employees to ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off‑boarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post job openings, screen applications, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Assist hiring managers throughout the selection process and manage candidate communication.
• Administer HR policies, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
• Handle routine HR inquiries, payroll and benefits coordination, and support training and development activities.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and produce regular HR reports for management.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage HR documentation, maintain precise records, and work with HR information systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with HRIS or other HR information systems.
