Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

The Human Resources Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day HR activities at Intertrade’s 12,000 m² manufacturing plant in 10th of Ramadan City. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that HR policies, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations are managed efficiently to support a high‑performance workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
• Coordinate orientation, training programs, and continuous development initiatives.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and engagement activities.
• Support performance‑management cycles, set objectives, and track evaluations.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and HRIS data.
• Collaborate with management on workforce planning and staffing needs.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and inclusion standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor regulations and HR best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and act with integrity in a fast‑paced environment.
