Identity and Access Management Associate (ETIC)

About the role

PwC’s Cybersecurity practice is looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Associate to join the ETIC team in Cairo. You will help secure user identities and ensure appropriate access to systems and data for employees and clients, using Azure Entra ID and related technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage Entra ID (Azure AD) tenants across the organization.
• Configure and maintain security settings, including MFA, identity protection, and conditional access policies.
• Implement and administer Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and role‑based access control (RBAC).
• Create, maintain, and govern security groups, dynamic groups, and access roles.
• Collaborate with security and IT teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems.
• Conduct regular audits, identify gaps, and remediate IAM‑related vulnerabilities.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for user access issues.
• Document IAM configurations, processes, and workflows.
• Leverage DevOps tools (GitHub, Terraform, Azure Pipelines) to automate IAM provisioning and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Entra ID tenant setup and management.
• Familiarity with Azure security features such as MFA, conditional access, and identity protection.
• Experience implementing Privileged Identity Management and RBAC.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional security and IT teams.
• Strong analytical skills to assess IAM configurations and audit results.
