In-Kind Donations Specialist

About the role

Misr Elkheir Foundation is seeking a motivated and organized In‑Kind Donations Specialist to join its Fundraising Sector. The role focuses on managing the full lifecycle of in‑kind contributions to support the Foundation’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement objectives and action plans for in‑kind donations aligned with the Foundation’s strategy.
• Identify organizational needs and potential sources of in‑kind donations across companies, institutions, suppliers, and individuals.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective in‑kind donors.
• Coordinate the end‑to‑end donation process from donor engagement to approval, receipt, documentation, allocation, and closure.
• Maintain accurate records, donor database, and prepare periodic reports on donation activities.
• Ensure proper utilization, timely distribution, and documentation of in‑kind donations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fundraising, Communications, Social Sciences or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in fundraising, in‑kind donations, donor relations, business development or partnerships.
• Previous experience managing or coordinating in‑kind donations is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of fundraising practices, donor engagement, and donation management processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective donor relationships.
