About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Indoor Sales Agent to join our Etisalat store team in Rehab City, Cairo. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend the most suitable Etisalat products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their communication needs.
- Recommend appropriate mobile lines, internet packages, devices, and accessories.
- Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and offers clearly.
- Process sales transactions, activations, renewals, and service requests accurately.
- Achieve individual sales targets in a target‑driven environment.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service; telecom experience is a plus.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication abilities.
- Customer‑focused attitude with professionalism.
- Ability to work in a shift‑based, on‑site environment.
